Where do you ship?
We currently ship from the United Kingdom to UK addresses. Europe is planned for a future stage.
Is there a purchase limit?
Yes. You may buy up to 5 units of each product per delivery address or email address across all orders in one day. The limit resets at midnight UK time. Using another email does not reset the limit for the same delivery address, and using another delivery address does not reset the limit for the same email.
How much is UK shipping?
UK Tracked Delivery costs £4.79 including VAT. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery is 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Are your products authentic?
We focus on official, factory-sealed trading card products selected for collectors and players.
Can I return a product?
For eligible online orders, you may notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery and normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. A full change-of-mind refund for an individual booster pack is available only if both crimped edges and all packaging remain completely intact, unopened, unused and free from any sign of heat treatment, adhesive, tampering or resealing. Booster boxes and other sealed products must retain their original manufacturer seals and shrink wrap. An opened, tampered or resealed product may have no safe resale value; where permitted by law, the deduction for diminished value may equal the full item price, leaving no refund due for that item. Rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are unaffected. Read the full Returns Policy before ordering.
My parcel arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please take clear photographs of the outer parcel, packaging and product, then email support@ant-tcg.com with your order number. Do not dispose of the product or packaging before we have advised you.
