Sealed products and tampering

Individual booster packs present a particular resealing risk. A full change-of-mind refund for a single booster pack is available only where the pack is returned unopened, unused and in its original factory-sealed and resaleable condition. Both crimped edges and all packaging must be completely intact, with no sign of opening, heat treatment, adhesive, alteration, tampering or resealing. Booster boxes and other sealed products must retain their original manufacturer seals and shrink wrap. Opening a booster pack, breaking or altering a seal, removing shrink wrap, applying heat or adhesive, tampering with packaging or resealing a product normally goes beyond the handling reasonably necessary to inspect it and may cause a substantial or total loss of safe resale value. Where permitted by law, we may deduct the resulting diminished value up to the full price paid for the affected item. If an opened, tampered or resealed item has no safe resale value, the lawful deduction may equal the full item price, leaving no refund due for that item. Returns may be inspected and documented for signs of tampering or resealing, and each return is assessed individually. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact support@ant-tcg.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Please do not dispose of the item or packaging before we advise you.

How to contact us about a return

Email support@ant-tcg.com before returning anything. Please give us your order number. For a change-of-mind cancellation, you do not have to give a reason. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, please describe the issue so we can help. We will provide the appropriate next steps and, where needed, a return address.

Refund timing and method

For an eligible change-of-mind cancellation, we will normally issue the refund within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or, if earlier, within 14 days after you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of return. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree to another method.

Delivery charges and return costs

Where a change-of-mind cancellation is valid, we will refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for a faster or more expensive delivery option is not refundable unless required by law. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind cancellation. Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, we will provide appropriate instructions and cover reasonable return costs where legally required.
